The decision on how to develop your employees is important for the quality long-term business of the company. The STAR360⁰ questionnaire is a tool that gives an employee the opportunity to receive feedback on the performance of their behaviors / competencies from their superiors, colleagues, associates, team members, subordinates and clients. Using 360⁰ questionnaires allows employees to evaluate their own behavior and competence and to see how their behavior and competence are seen by others, and develop in the direction that is best for them and the organization.

STAR360⁰ assessment is not psychological testing and it does not detect the personality characteristics of an individual. It is used primarily for employee development and helps him to better understand his strengths and weaknesses, and gives him an insight into aspects of competencies that require professional development.

The STAR360⁰ assessment is conducted online, which guarantees a fair and reliable assessment that ensures the anonymity of the assessor, and the time of completing the questionnaire depends on the number of competencies that are the subject of the assessment. After the persons involved (self-assessor and assessors) fill in the questionnaire, a special report is automatically created, and the assessments of all persons involved, except for the assessments of self-assessors, are presented collectively as an average grade. The obtained results agree on the competencies that are assessed and show a positive gap (where the self-assessor is assessed lower than other assessments), or a negative gap (where the self-assessor is assessed higher than other assessments).

Following the trends in the labor market, we have developed a 360⁰ STAR competency model that includes an assessment of the following competencies: The attitude towards work includes behavioral statements aimed at determining whether the employee takes responsibility and meets the set standards of work. Communication includes behavioral statements that aim to determine how effectively an employee uses communication skills. Positivity includes behavioral statements that aim to determine how effectively an employee motivates co-workers. Self-management includes behavioral statements that aim to determine how clearly an employee expresses their needs and expectations. Entrepreneurship includes behavioral claims that aim to determine how effectively an employee uses their own creativity and look for ways to do better jobs. Influence on others includes behavioral statements that aim to determine how an employee behaves in interaction with co-workers and how they perceive this interaction.
